AUDITIONS IN BRISTOL FOR ROLE IN SKINS TELEVISION SHOW

Hundreds of youngsters auditioned for a part in Bristol-based teen TV drama Skins.

About 500 budding screen stars attended the auditions at The Elbow Room on Park Street yesterday to win a small part in the show’s third series, which is filmed in the city.

Filming will begin over the summer and the series of Skins will be broadcast on Channel 4 and E4 in the New Year.
