Are you getting more attention from girls now you’re on TV?
Yes. It’s strange I’ve got a bit of a female following, which is flattering. The cast have made up a song called Sid Gets All the Girls!
Are you seeing anyone at the mo?
Yes I’ve been going out with my girlfriend Alison for about six months but we’ve known each other for a couple of years. She doesn’t mind me getting attention, but I think she does get a bit bored of hearing about it.
Is it true that you where mobbed in Topman recently?
Yeah I worked there before Skins so when the first series ended I when back to my old job. A few people recognised me; then a radio station found out I was working there and encouraged people to get there photo take with me, I had to have the day off to advoid them.
How similar are you to Sid?
I’m less self-conscious and more outgoing, although his always there for his mates and so am I. But everyone on the cast says we’re exactly the same-apart from the wanking that is!
Everyone get their kits off in Skins. Are you going to strip next series?
I was the lucky one last series, but if there’s any opportunity for Sid to strip off, it’s happening, I’ll do my best to boycott it, but I think I’ll just have to pluck up the courage and do it.
What’s the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done drunk?
When we where filming in Lithuania last year. We went out to a restaurant one night, Nick Hoult who plays Tony had a chilli on his pizza and I picked it up. Later on, I needed to rearrange myself so I put my hand down a certain place and felt a little tingle, which turn into a burning! I ran to the loo to inspect myself and this bloke walked in and just stood there looking at me. Then when I went to tell everyone, I rubbed my eyes and made them burn too. So it wasn’t just embarrassing but really painful as well.
